1. Exchange for Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. To initiate the exchange process, please provide a video proof or unboxing of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your order.

2.Exchange Process: Once we receive and verify the video proof or unboxing, we will proceed with the exchange process. Please note that we can only exchange the damaged item for the same product.

3. Variations in Color and Design- Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted, resulting in unique variations in color and design. As a result, there may be slight differences between the product received and the product displayed on our website. We strive to ensure that these variations do not compromise the overall quality or aesthetic appeal of the item but it only makes it more beautiful.

4. Exclusions: Our exchange policy does not cover instances where customers change their minds about their purchase or request exchanges for reasons unrelated to product damage.
